To update the comps.xml file do

1.  For workgroup changes

    a)	Update the appropriate workgroup in workgroups/
    b)	run "make.workgroups.xml.main.sh" this will make a new 
        "workgroups.xml.main" from the entries in worgroups/
	Note that the "old" version is saved in "oldcomps/workgroups.xml.main"

2.  Now to update the real comps.xml

    a)	run "make.comps.xml.new.sh" which will make "comps.xml.new" from 
	comps.xml.main -- This is/was modified by hand
	workgroups.xml.main  from workgroups/ via "make.workgroups.xml.main.sh"
	fermigroups.xml.main -- This was created by hand
    b)  run "cp.comps.xml.new.sh" which will copy "comps.xml.new" as "comps.xml"
