The servers have been moved into a Servers directory under each platform directory. For those platforms that support PC98 servers, there is also a PC98-Servers directory. The PC98 servers support specialized Japanese hardware. This has nothing to do with the currently discussed PC98 standard that Intel, Microsoft and others are promoting for new standard PC hardware.
