Errata for XFree86 4.2.1

1. Incomplete fix for MIT-SHM vulnerability. 

   The MIT-SHM update in 4.2.1 is incomplete. The case where the X server
   is started from xdm was not handled. A more complete fix is available
   in the fixes subdirectory in the form of a source patch against 4.2.1
   (4.2.1-mit-shm-security.patch). It is also included in the
   xf-4_2-branch branch of the XFree86 CVS repository.
